William Henry Knife B05 SL HILLS
NEW AT THE ALASKA MINT!!!
We are happy to announce that William Henry knives are now available at the Alaska Mint. These knives are proudly handmade in the United States, at their studios in Oregon. They use a variety of exotic materials for the handles, blades, and other parts of the knife, and each knife comes with a limited lifetime warrenty.
This knife is almost 3 1/2 inches long when closed, has an etched damascus blade, the handle is made of ironwood and silver and features natural saphire and citrine gemstones.
The Monarch is a simple design that is easy on the eye and effortless in the hand – practical, comfortable, and stunning in an array of color and texture that could only come from the William Henry Studio. The Monarch likes to dress in style, and has received multiple awards in the ‘investor/collector’ category of fine cutlery.
The elegant shape of the handle on this design is a great place to show off exotic materials, so we use it as a canvas for the natural beauty of a range of organic scales. The TIW uses ironwood, one of our favorite exotics, which is as tough as its name implies. Ironwood is heavy enough to sink in water, takes a gorgeous polish, and has an inner light (or chatoyance) that ripples in the gold highlights.
Each Monarch includes either a titanium pocket clip or a lanyard system – the lanyard system also includes an Ostrich leather ClipCase carrying system. Every piece is engraved with two distinct numbers – a serial number on the blade and limited edition number on the leading edge of the handle. The numbers, along with the details about the knife’s construction, are listed in the included Certificate of Authenticity.
